Do you sell hoodies for both babies and dogs?
Yes - the Roo Hoodie is designed for babywearing (newborn up to 12 months), and the Paw Hoodie is built for small-to-medium dogs. Each has its own sizing and safety guidance, so check the product page for the one you're shopping for.
What's your shipping time?
Standard orders ship within 3 business days, and get to you withing 7-12 business days. During high-demand periods, we'll always email you directly if there's any delay to your specific order.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we're happy to update the size, color, or shipping address, or cancel it entirely. Email us as soon as possible - once an order has shipped, we're no longer able to change or cancel it.
