Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your Roo & Rest hoodie. Here's how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
Free Size Exchanges
If your hoodie doesn't fit right, we'll send you the correct size - no need to return the original item. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you'd like instead, and we'll ship the replacement right away. This is limited to one free exchange per order. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering to help get it right the first time.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
What We Don't Refund
Outside of a manufacturing defect, damage, or an incorrect item, all sales are final. This includes, but is not limited to: change of mind, sizing preference (please use our free exchange instead), gifted items the recipient doesn't want, and general dissatisfaction with style or color. We encourage you to review our size guide and product details carefully before purchasing.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without justification. To qualify, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Contact us within this window to begin the process.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Contact us at support@rooandrest.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
